Wat verwachten wij van jou?

Je hebt ervaring met het versnijden van vlees. Werken in het weekend en op feestdagen doe jij met een glimlach.

Je combineert klassiek beenhouwerswerk met presentatie en klantencontact. Daardoor blijft je job gevarieerd en krijg je volop ruimte om jouw vakkennis te tonen.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het versnijden en portioneren van lam, kalf, rund, varken en gevogelte
  • Het klaarmaken van steaks, stoofvlees en andere versnijdingen op maat
  • Het bereiden van marinades en kruidensamenstellingen
  • Het verzorgd aanvullen en presenteren van de verstoog
  • Klanten adviseren over producten, bereidingen en toepassingen
  • Af en toe een degustatie verzorgen en specialiteiten in de kijker zetten
  • De voorraad van vlees, marinades en kruiden mee opvolgen
  • Zorgen voor een propere, georganiseerde en hygiënische werkplek

Jouw werkuren?

Je werkt deeltijds of voltijds, tussen 22 en 38 uur per week. Je uren vallen tussen 6u en 18u30, afwisselend in een vroege of late shift. Je rooster ken je ruim op voorhand. Weekend- en feestdagwerk maken deel uit van de functie.
