Je krijgt een veelzijdige functie waarin vakmanschap en verantwoordelijkheid mooi samenkomen. Je werkt met kwaliteitsvlees, moderne machines en krijgt de vrijheid om mee na te denken over hoe het atelier zo efficiënt mogelijk draait.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het vakkundig versnijden van varkens-, rund-, kip- en lamsvlees
  • Het mee bereiden van gehaktbereidingen en andere verse specialiteiten
  • Het correct verpakken en presenteren van vers vlees
  • Het aantrekkelijk en overzichtelijk houden van de vleestoog
  • Het verwerken en klaarzetten van klantenbestellingen
  • Werken met moderne machines zoals een cutter, menger, zaag, kapblok en prikker
  • Het logisch organiseren van de werkzaamheden en plaatsen van bestellingen via het online portaal
  • Meedenken over prijszetting, promoties en de dagelijkse werking van de slagerij

Wanneer werk je?

Je werkt voltijds in een vast rooster met uren tussen 5u en 14u. Donderdag ben je altijd vrij en in het weekend werk je één dag op twee. Je krijgt inspraak in jouw planning en dankzij de vroege uren heb je nog een groot deel van de dag voor jezelf.
