Jouw vakmanschap zonder het zware uitbeenwerk

Hier hoef je geen karkassen uit te benen. Het zware voorbereidende werk is al gebeurd, zodat jij je kan concentreren op versnijden, bereiden, kruiden en presenteren.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het versnijden van vers vlees en het vakkundig kappen van koteletten
  • Het meerdere keren per dag vers bereiden van gehakt
  • Het maken van dikke worsten, hamburgers en cordon bleus
  • Het kruiden en marineren van vlees volgens onze recepten
  • Het vers en aantrekkelijk houden van de vleestoog
  • Samenwerken met jouw collega-beenhouwer en drie verkoopmedewerkers
  • Waar nodig even bijspringen achter de toonbank en klanten verder helpen
  • Mee zorgen voor een propere, georganiseerde en kwalitatieve werkplek

Wanneer werk je?

Je uren vallen tussen 7u à 8u en maximaal 19u en jouw rooster wordt samen met jou bekeken. Elke zondag ben je vrij en jaarlijks heb je ongeveer 11 vrije zaterdagen. Op termijn bestaat zelfs de mogelijkheid om vier langere dagen te werken, waardoor je drie dagen per week vrij bent.

Wil jij werken in een brandschone, moderne slagerij waar vers vlees rechtstreeks vanuit het slachthuis binnenkomt? Wil je vooral bezig zijn met het fijnere beenhouwerswerk en tegelijk kunnen genieten van elke zondag vrij én 6 weken verlof per jaar?

We werken bijna uitsluitend met vlees van bij ons en kiezen bewust voor versheid, kwaliteit en ambacht. Onze gemarineerde rumsteaks, verse americain, barbecueworsten en krokante kipbereidingen zijn niet voor niets vaste favorieten bij onze klanten.

Samen met jouw collega-beenhouwer en het verkoopteam zorg jij ervoor dat er iedere dag opnieuw kwaliteit in de toonbank ligt.

  • Je hebt ervaring met het versnijden van vlees.
  • Ervaring met bedienen van klanten is een pluspunt.
