Die Fachtierärzte Dr. Krebitz - Gressl in Klagenfurt sind ein spezialisiertes Kleintierzentrum mit Fokus auf moderne Diagnostik, Chirurgie und interdisziplinäre Fallbearbeitung. Das erfahrene Team betreut Hunde und Katzen mit Ultraschall, CT, MRT, Augenheilkunde, Zahnmedizin und Physiotherapie auf hohem Niveau.

Deine Aufgaben

* Du koordinierst den Praxisalltag und behältst auch in lebhaften Momenten den Überblick

* Du bist erste Ansprechperson für Tierhalter:innen - freundlich, ruhig und kompetent

* Du übernimmst Terminmanagement sowie administrative Tätigkeiten

* Du unterstützt bei Untersuchungen und Behandlungen

* Du bereitest Behandlungsräume vor und assistierst bei Eingriffen

* Du dokumentierst Patientendaten sorgfältig und gewissenhaft

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene Lehre als Tierärztlichen Ordinationsassistenz oder Tierpfleger:in

* Berufserfahrung in einer Praxis oder Ordination

* Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und zuverlässig

* Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Menschen und ein großes Herz für Tiere

* Auch in stressigeren Situationen bleibst du ruhig und organisiert
