Als begeleid(st)er buitenschoolse kinderopvang maak jij mee het verschil in de vrije tijd van kinderen. Je combineert warme begeleiding met creativiteit, aandacht voor welzijn en een veilige, verzorgde opvangomgeving.

  • Een veilige en fijne opvang creëren waarin kinderen zich welkom voelen.
  • Activiteiten organiseren die aansluiten bij de interesses en ontwikkelingsnoden van kinderen.
  • Kinderen observeren en gericht inspelen op hun behoeften en welzijn.
  • Ouders en collega’s een luisterend oor bieden en helder met hen communiceren.
  • Hygiëne en veiligheid bewaken en mee instaan voor praktische huishoudelijke taken, zoals tafels opruimen, borstelen, vuilzakken buitenzetten,...

Je werkt graag met kinderen en straalt rust, zorg en enthousiasme uit. Je communiceert vlot, denkt klantgericht en zet creatieve ideeën om in activiteiten die kinderen aanspreken.

  • Je bent zorgzaam, geduldig en hebt een duidelijke affiniteit met kinderen.
  • Je communiceert helder en werkt constructief samen met ouders en collega’s.
  • Je bent creatief en neemt initiatief in het activiteitenaanbod.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar in uren en locaties. Je werkt in onderbroken diensten tijdens de ochtend en avond, op woensdagnamiddag en tijdens volledige dagen in de schoolvakanties.

Je hebt een :

  • functiespecifiek secundair diploma/ kwalificatiebewijs/ervaringsbewijs, of
  • ander diploma secundair onderwijs en hebt minstens 2 jaar functierelevante ervaring in een professionele pedagogische of zorggerichte functie
