Werken als contextbegeleider binnen De Loper vzw, wat houdt dat in?

Wij zijn een dynamische organisatie met een sterke visie. Je komt terecht in een warm en betrokken team. Werken als contextbegeleider betekent dat je een directe impact hebt op het leven van de cliënten. Je gaat samen met hen op weg en reikt hen tools en middelen aan die hen echt vooruit kunnen helpen. Het is zeer afwisselend werk waarbij je steeds zoekt naar de meest aangewezen manier van handelen.

Onze visie op hulpverlening:

De hulpverlening is een interactief en contextueel gegeven waarin de cliënt in eerste instantie de expert is van de eigen beleving van de problematiek. De hulpverlening kan pas slagen als de eigen mogelijkheden van de cliënt geactiveerd en hersteld kunnen worden. De begeleiding steunt op een partnerschap tussen enerzijds de voorziening en anderzijds de cliënt.

Dit houdt in dat de cliënt recht heeft op goede hulpverlening die aangepast is aan de persoonlijkheid, de problematiek en de omgevingselementen

Concreet ben je dus verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van een aantal cliënten die naar ons doorverwezen worden door bijv het OCJ.

Een greep uit je takenpakket:

· Opstellen handelingsplan

· Deelnemen aan overlegvergaderingen, zowel intern als extern

· Vaste permanentiedag

· Bijscholen

· Verbindend werken

Gewenst profiel:

Krijg je energie van mensen helpen? Ben je bereid om bijscholingen te volgen (bijvoorbeeld Signs of Safety)? Ben je flexibel en kan je out of the box denken?

Gevraagde diploma’s: Bachelors of Masters in sociale/pedagogische/psychologische richtingen.

Ook als je binnenkort afstudeert, en deze job lijkt je wel iets, mag je zeker al solliciteren.

Enkele bijkomende voorwaarden:

· Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed en je kan je minstens behelpen in het Frans

· Je hebt kennis van Word, Exel en aanverwanten

· Je woont maximum 20km van de werkplek verwijderd (1070 Anderlecht of 1730 Asse)

· Je kan een attest van goed gedrag en zeden (type 2 ) voorleggen van minder dan 2 maanden geleden
