The posting

We zijn op zoek naar versterking van ons nachtteam voor onze twee leefgroepen De Oase en De Horizon.

De Oase en De Horizon zijn 2 leefgroepen van Open Kans, 1 van de 6 units van Covida.

  • Ben jij een nachtmens en heb je geen probleem met nachturen?
  • Heb je een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel?
  • Hou je van een divers takenpakket en steek je graag de handen uit de mouwen?

Als wakende nacht hou je steeds een oogje in het zeil. Je biedt ondersteuning aan onze bewoners indien nodig. Daarnaast heb je een aantal administratieve en huishoudelijke taken te vervullen.

Het spreekt voor zich dat je als begeleid(st)er wakende nacht een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel hebt en zelfstandig kunt handelen. Je bent 's nachts namelijk alleen aanwezig dus we rekenen op je inzet en motivatie. Je kan mogelijke situaties herkennen, analyseren en aanpakken.

Wat verwachten we nog?

  • Je wil graag werken met én voor personen met een verstandelijke beperking en bijkomende medische problemen.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma als begeleider/zorgkundige. Kennis van beperkingen en psychische moeilijkheden is een grote troef.
  • Je hebt steeds aandacht voor kwaliteit van leven voor al onze bewoners.
  • Indien nodig kan je instaan voor medische opvolging.
  • Je hebt geen probleem met de logistieke taken.
