Begeleider Organisatie: 's Heeren Loo Wil jij meer betekenen dan alleen in de begeleiding van cliënten? Ben je klaar voor een rol waarin je niet alleen ondersteunt, maar ook richting geeft, verbindt en het team naar een hoger niveau tilt? Dan is de functie van Coördinerend Begeleider jouw volgende stap. Waar ga je werken? Je gaat werken op de Druivenhof op woonzorgpark Willem van den Bergh in Noordwijk. Op deze woning wonen volwassenen met een matige tot ernstige verstandelijke beperking. Naast hun verstandelijke beperking is er sprake van autisme, ouderdomsproblematiek en moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag. Ook komen zorgvragen voor zoals diabeteszorg en ADL-ondersteuning. Wanneer cliënten spanning ervaren, zie je dat vaak terug in hun gedrag. Sommigen trekken zich terug, raken het overzicht kwijt of hebben moeite om hun emoties te reguleren. Het gedrag is meestal niet gericht op de begeleiding, maar vraagt wel om aandacht, duidelijkheid en een juiste benadering. Daarom is het belangrijk dat je signalen herkent, structuur biedt en weet wanneer je moet aansluiten of juist ruimte moet geven. Het is een woning waar zorg en begeleiding nauw samenkomen. Het ene moment ondersteun je een cliënt bij de dagelijkse verzorging en het andere moment help je iemand om overzicht terug te krijgen wanneer spanning oploopt. Juist die afwisseling maakt het werk uitdagend. Je werkt in een ervaren team dat elkaar kent en op elkaar kan terugvallen. Samen zorg je voor een stabiele woonomgeving waarin cliënten zich veilig voelen en zoveel mogelijk regie houden over hun eigen leven. De vacature is voor 18 uur per week. Dan kun je aanvullende diensten werken binnen de Druivenhof-pool, op andere woningen van de Druivenhof. Hoe ga je helpen? Als begeleider ondersteun je cliënten in hun dagelijkse leven.
