Als begeleider (of verpleegkundige) speel jij een essentiële rol in een kortdurend hersteltraject voor mensen in psychische nood. Samen met een betrokken team werk je aan stabilisatie, zelfregie en perspectief, zodat cliënten snel en met vertrouwen weer verder kunnen. Wat ga je doen? Als begeleider ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor een goed therapeutisch leefmilieu op de unit van zondagavond tot vrijdagmiddag. Je bewaakt de veiligheid, structuur en rust op de afdeling, zodat cliënten optimaal profiteren van het behandelprogramma. Hierbij ondersteun je hen actief bij het vergroten van hun crisisvaardigheden en autonomie. Daarnaast neem je deel aan onderdelen van het groepsprogramma, zoals de dagopening en -sluiting. Je brengt jouw agogische of verpleegkundige expertise in binnen het multidisciplinaire team en denkt mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van de zorginhoud en de groepsdynamiek.
