Dit betekent dat je: - Bewoners ondersteunt bij ADL-zorg en eetmomenten, inclusief omgaan met slikproblematiek - Inspeelt op complexe zorgvragen zoals psychiatrische problematiek en moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag - rRust, structuur en veiligheid creëert door jouw houding en manier van begeleiden - Werkt vanuit de visie van Gentle Teaching, gericht op relatie en vertrouwen - Goed kijkt naar signalen van bewoners en hier sensitief op reageert - Samenwerkt met collega's en, waar nodig, met Grift 4 - Bewoners ondersteunt in hun eigen regie en welzijn "Mijn werk voelt niet als werk, maar als een hobby.
