- Philadelphia - Amsterdam ( Noord-Holland ) - Online sinds: vandaag Philadelphia Adres Jekerstraat, 108-1HG, 1078 MJ, Amsterdam, Netherlands 14 - 19 uren, 26 - 31 uren, Uren in overleg, 20 - 25 uren mbo niveau 4, hbo FWG 40 (min € 2951,- en max € 3980,-), FWG 45 (min € 3113,- en max € 4347,-) (met doorgroeimogelijkheid naar Coördinerend Begeleider) Wil jij werken met kinderen die intensieve begeleiding nodig hebben én jezelf ontwikkelen richting een coördinerende rol? Dan hebben wij een mooie plek voor je binnen ons Orthopedagogisch Dagcentrum (ODC) in Amsterdam. Over de locatie Binnen het ODC begeleiden en behandelen we kinderen van 6 tot 12 jaar met een meervoudige verstandelijke beperking (MVG). We bieden dagbehandeling op maandag, dinsdag, donderdag en vrijdag van 08.30 tot 15.00 uur. Woensdag is de locatie gesloten voor dagbehandeling. Deze dag wordt gebruikt voor studiedagen en werkzaamheden van coördinerend begeleiders. We werken kleinschalig: - 6 groepen met 5 à 6 kinderen per groep - Iedere groep heeft 2 begeleiders - Behandelaren zijn nauw betrokken bij de ontwikkeling en behandeling van de kinderen Sinds juni 2024 werken we vanuit een nieuwe locatie midden in de Rivierenbuurt in Amsterdam. We zijn nog volop aan het bouwen aan de samenwerking, structuur en verdere ontwikkeling van de zorg. Dat maakt het dynamisch, soms uitdagend, maar vooral een plek waar je écht invloed hebt op hoe we samen werken en ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? Als begeleider bied je dagelijkse begeleiding en structuur aan kinderen met een intensieve ondersteuningsvraag. Je werkt vanuit de Triple-C visie en kijkt steeds naar wat een kind nodig heeft om zich veilig te voelen en zich te ontwikkelen. Je: - biedt nabijheid, structuur en duidelijkheid; - observeert gedrag en vertaalt dit naar passende begeleiding; - werkt nauw samen met behandelaren, collega's en manager; - denkt actief mee over de ontwikkeling van de zorg; - werkt samen binnen ...
