- ASVZ - Sliedrecht ( Zuid-Holland ) - Online sinds: vandaag ASVZ Wat ga je doen? Op de woning aan Kerkweg Oost begeleid je cliënten met een lichte verstandelijke beperking (LVB) en bijkomende psychische problematiek. Jij helpt hen bij het ervaren van een zo gewoon mogelijk leven met structuur, vertrouwen en duidelijke afspraken. Op doordeweekse dagen start je met het begeleiden van het ochtendritueel. Je zorgt dat bewoners op tijd opstaan en naar hun werk of dagbesteding gaan. Wanneer zij 's middags thuiskomen, vang je hen op met een kop koffie en neem je samen de dag door. Daarna kook je samen en maak je een planning voor de avond. Je ondersteunt bij huishoudelijke taken, ziet toe op gemaakte afspraken en vult aan waar nodig. In de avond sluit je de dag samen af en spreek je af hoe de volgende ochtend eruitziet. In de weekenden is er altijd begeleiding aanwezig. Dan onderneem je samen activiteiten die bijdragen aan vertrouwen, relatieopbouw en succeservaringen. Je werkt samen met collega-begeleiders, een persoonlijk begeleider en de teamleider. Tijdens team overleggen denk je mee over ondersteuningsplannen. Samen zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor menswaardige, passende zorg. Omdat je op een woning werkt, draai je onregelmatige diensten (dag-, avond- en slaapdiensten). Werkplek Op Kerkweg Oost wonen cliënten met een LVB en bijkomende psychische problematiek. Zij hebben behoefte aan dialoog en vertrouwen om mee te kunnen draaien in de samenleving. We werken vanuit de Triple-C visie: het gewone leven is het uitgangspunt, niet de beperking of diagnose. Door onvoorwaardelijke ondersteuning en een betekenisvolle dag invulling vergroten we de kwaliteit van bestaan. Samen met de cliënt bouwen we aan succeservaringen hoe klein ook.
