Schaal 40 kent een maximum van € 3.917,- bruto per maand bij een 36-urige werkweek. - Arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn conform de cao ggz met een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% en opname in het pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn. - Uitgebreide scholings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden en een woon/werk-reiskostenvergoeding. - In eerste instantie bieden we een jaarcontract, met uitzicht op verlenging. - Tot slot bieden we een uitgebreid inwerkprogramma van 4 dagen waarbij je al veel leert over Lister als organisatie . Wat verwachten wij van jou als Begeleider? Je maakt door je open houding makkelijk verbinding met onze cliënten. Je kunt snel schakelen tussen diverse werkzaamheden en staat stevig in je schoenen. Bovendien neem je graag het initiatief als er dingen gedaan moeten worden. Verder: - Je beschikt over een relevant diploma op mbo-niveau 4 (zoals Begeleider Specifieke Doelgroepen). - Aantoonbare werkervaring in de psychiatrie en/of de verslavingszorg is een pré. - Je gelooft altijd in de herstelkracht van de cliënt. Hoe dan ook. - Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en bent flexibel, stelt je proactief op en hebt een creatieve mindset. - Je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor meer dan alleen je eigen werk. Daarnaast kun je goed samenwerken en ben je in staat om te reflecteren op je eigen handelen. - Je kunt je observaties en bevindingen goed verwoorden en delen met je collega's. - Kennis van de diverse culturen die voorkomen in Nederland is een pluspunt.
