Voor een aantal intensieve woningen op Het Westerhonk (Landweg Toren) zoeken wij betrokken en stevige Begeleiders Maatschappelijke Zorg . In deze uitdagende rol combineer je zorg en begeleiding en werk je met cliënten met moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag . Jij brengt rust, structuur en veiligheid, ook in spannende situaties, en weet jij professioneel om te gaan met complexe zorgvragen. Op de Landweg hebben wij meerdere woonruimtes in één gebouw. Dit zijn woonruimtes met 24-uursbegeleiding. Hier is ook voor iedereen dagbesteding. We zorgen voor duidelijkheid bij activiteiten en een vast dagritme. Alle bewoners krijgen individuele begeleiding, ook komen we elke dag met de groep samen. Op de Landweg werken we volgens de Triple-C-methodiek. Dit betekent dat we ons richten op het creëren van een gewoon leven voor cliënten. We kijken altijd naar de behoefte achter het gedrag en niet naar het gedrag zelf. Als medewerker ben je nabij en betrouwbaar, en bouw je aan een onvoorwaardelijke ondersteuningsrelatie, en sta je stevig in je schoenen.
