Dit ga jij doen Als Begeleider Jeugdconsulenten en Procesregisseur werk je bij de gemeente Voorschoten binnen het Sociaal Service Team. Dit team is verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van de Jeugdwet en de Wmo en zorgt voor indicatie en toewijzing van passende hulp aan inwoners met een zorgvraag. Dit ben jij Als Begeleider Jeugdconsulenten en Procesregisseur ben jij per 15-11-2026 beschikbaar voor 36 uur per week. Verder beschik je over: - Een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelorniveau, bij voorkeur in een sociaal-agogische richting zoals Pedagogiek, Social Work of Sociaal Pedagogische Hulpverlening; - Minimaal 4 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 7 jaar als jeugdconsulent, jeugd- en gezinsprofessional en/of Ouder- en Kindadviseur binnen het jeugddomein; - Aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 2 jaar binnen de uitvoering van de Jeugdwet, met ervaring in het onderzoeken van hulpvragen, indiceren en/of beschikken van jeugdhulp; - Minimaal 1 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 3 jaar als jeugdconsulent of jeugd- en gezinsprofessional binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie; - Aantoonbare werkervaring en/of gevol...
