Wat doe je als begeleider met verzorgende taken? - Je begeleidt cliënten in hun dagelijks leven en ondersteunt waar nodig bij persoonlijke verzorging en verpleegtechnische handelingen; - Je stimuleert de zelfstandigheid van cliënten die zelfstandig wonen in een flatgebouw; - Je biedt een luisterend oor, bespreekt hulpvragen en kijkt samen hoe dingen anders of beter kunnen; - Je levert deels geplande zorg en werkt volgens afspraken met de cliënt; - Je rapporteert bevindingen aan je collega's en persoonlijk begeleiders. Dit bieden we jou als begeleider met verzorgende taken - De arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn conform cao gehandicaptenzorg. Heb je een mbo-4 diploma? Dan word je ingeschaald in FWG 40 met een salaris tussen €2.951,-en €3.980,- bruto per maand bij een fulltime dienstverband (36 uur). Met mbo-3 niveau word je ingeschaald in FWG 35; - Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% van je bruto jaarsalaris; - 144 vakantie uren + 57 uur balansverlof (fulltime) - zodat je privé/werk écht in balans houdt; - Volop mogelijkheden voor scholing, ontwikkeling en personeelsvoordelen zoals fiets- of sportregelingen. Dit zoeken we in jou als begeleider met verzorgende taken - Je hebt een zorgdiploma op minimaal mbo-niveau 3 of 4 , bijvoorbeeld Maatschappelijke Zorg of Verzorgende IG. Géén afgerond zorgdiploma? Bekijk dan de opleidingsmogelijkheden voor werken en leren in de zorg zonder diploma ; - Je bent bereid je te scholen in verpleegtechnische handelingen (zoals medicatie, stoma-verzorging, diabeteszorg of BHV); - Je hebt affiniteit met cliënten met autisme, LVB en psychische aandoeningen zoals conversie of psychose; - Je kunt goed luisteren, werkt vanuit vertrouwen en bouwt een waardevolle relatie op met de cliënt; - Je hebt oog voor balans tussen zelfstandigheid en zorgbehoefte.
