Ieder van hen heeft een eigen verhaal, persoonlijkheid en ondersteuningsvraag. Voor deze gezellige groep zijn wij op zoek naar een Eerst Verantwoordelijk Begeleider (EVB'er). Een mooie functie waarin je echt van betekenis bent voor de bewoners én volop ruimte krijgt om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Tijdens je werk op de groep sluit je aan bij wat bewoners zelf kunnen en help je hen om zo zelfstandig mogelijk deel te nemen aan het gewone leven. Je stimuleert bewoners om keuzes te maken en ondersteunt hen bij het behouden van regie over hun eigen leven. Daarbij heb je oog voor de kleine stappen die voor hen een groot verschil maken. Als EVB'er ben je daarnaast de verbindende schakel rondom een bewoner. Samen met de bewoner en zijn of haar netwerk werk je aan doelen die passen bij zijn behoeften en mogelijkheden. Je houdt het overzicht, onderhoudt contact met familie en andere betrokkenen en stemt af met collega's. Ook zorg je ervoor dat gemaakte afspraken en doelen zichtbaar terugkomen in de dagelijkse begeleiding, zodat bewoners de ondersteuning krijgen die bij hen past. Je bent iemand die verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen, initiatief toont en overzicht houdt. Je denkt in mogelijkheden, werkt oplossingsgericht en bent betrokken bij de bewoners.
