Er wordt gewerkt met 2 begeleiders op 6 cliënten, waardoor er ruimte is voor intensieve zorg en persoonlijke aandacht. Aanpassingen in de omgeving en een afgestemde begeleidingsstijl is ons specialisme. Wat Gravenallee kenmerkt is dat wonen en een betekenisvolle dag invulling op één terrein zijn. Dat betekent dat overgangen voor cliënten minder groot zijn en er een nauwe afstemming mogelijk is. Jij volgt het dagritme van de cliënt, dit betekent dat je zowel op de woongroep als bij de dagbesteding wordt ingezet. Als begeleider maak je deel uit van een multidisciplinair team van vakbekwame professionals. De sfeer op de groep kan van het ene op het andere moment compleet omslaan. Je moet snel kunnen schakelen, stevig in je schoenen staan en tegelijkertijd professioneel en menselijk blijven. Elke beslissing, hoe klein ook, kan het verschil maken tussen escalatie en rust. Gravenallee zoekt begeleiders met passie voor cliënten met een intensieve zorg- en ondersteuningsvraag.
