Door onrust, door agressie, door gedrag dat lastig te duiden is. Bij Hoekse Gang in Bergambacht werk je met bewoners met moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag (MVG) en intensieve zorgvragen. Jouw taak: signalen herkennen vóórdat een situatie escaleert, en een omgeving bieden waarin bewoners zich veilig voelen, ook op hun mindere momenten. Dit is geen standaard begeleidersrol. Naast ADL-zorg en ondersteuning bij dagelijkse activiteiten, voer je ook ondersteunende handelingen uit bij epilepsie. Dat vraagt om precisie én overzicht, twee dingen die niet vanzelfsprekend samengaan, maar bij jou wel. Wat ga je doen? - Je biedt ADL-zorg en ondersteunt bewoners bij dagelijkse activiteiten - Je voert ondersteunende handelingen uit bij epilepsie, met de juiste scholing en bevoegdheid (of je wordt hierin opgeleid) - Je herkent signalen van oplopende spanning en handelt de-escalerend - Je bouwt aan een sfeer waarin bewoners zichzelf kunnen zijn, ook met hun beperkingen Werk je liever op meerdere plekken? We kijken locatie-overstijgend. Combinaties met andere locaties, zoals Schuttersvlucht in Schoonhoven, zijn bespreekbaar. Vereisten Wij zoeken jou - Minimaal een mbo-diploma niveau 3, richting zorg of begeleiding - Je blijft kalm en overzicht houden, ook wanneer een situatie escaleert - Ervaring met ADL-zorg; bevoegd en bekwaam in ondersteunende handelingen zoals epilepsiezorg, of bereid dit te leren - Ervaring met de-escalerend werken, of de wil om dit onder de knie te krijgen - Je werkt zelfstandig waar het kan, en zoekt het team op waar het moet Voldoe je niet...
