Dan is werken bij het Klinisch Centrum Acute Psychiatrie precies wat je zoekt! Dit ga je doen Het Klinisch Centrum Acute Psychiatrie (KCAP) is een gesloten acute opnameafdeling voor volwassenen, met 54 bedden verdeeld over twee klinieken. We bieden crisisinterventie, diagnostiek en behandeling aan cliënten met ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen (EPA). Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team dat altijd in ontwikkeling is. We vinden het belangrijk dat je kunt groeien, zowel persoonlijk als professioneel. Binnen KCAP werken we volgens de HIC-methodiek en staat herstelgericht werken, gastvrije zorg en het terugdringen van dwang en drang centraal, met altijd oog voor het vergroten van de eigen regie van de cliënt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - persoonlijk begeleiden van cliënten met complexe psychiatrische problematiek; - vroegtijdig signaleren van crisissituaties en passende interventies inzetten; - zorgen voor structuur, veiligheid en een positief therapeutisch klimaat; - ondersteunen bij het vergroten van de zelfredzaamheid van cliënten; - nauw samenwerken binnen een multidisciplinair team; - werken in onregelmatige diensten (dag-, avond- en nachtdiensten). Dit ben jij - in het bezit van een afgeronde zorgopleiding op niveau 4 (bijv.
