Je kijkt naar wat iemand nog wél kan, stimuleert contact en creëert een vertrouwde omgeving. Daarnaast werk je samen met vrijwilligers, mantelzorgers en organisaties in de buurt om ouderen actief betrokken te houden bij de samenleving. Van een bezoek aan het museum tot een ijsje bij Nelis of een drankje bij Ome Ko: jij ziet kansen om herinneringen te maken en het leven kleur te geven. Ben jij creatief, ondernemend en heb je affiniteit met ouderen met dementie? Dan krijg je hier alle ruimte om jouw ideeën tot leven te brengen. Voor Activiteitencentrum De Brug in Weesp zoeken wij een Begeleider Dagverzorging voor 16 uur per week. We creëren samen een plek waar mensen zich gezien voelen, plezier hebben en zichzelf kunnen zijn. Daar iedere dag aan bijdragen geeft mij enorm veel energie. Samen met deelnemers ontdek je wat hen energie geeft: van nieuwe contacten en het behouden van zelfstandigheid tot het ontwikkelen van talenten en het actief houden van lichaam en geest. Je begeleidt ouderen met geheugenproblemen en helpt hen zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig te blijven wonen. Met creatieve, therapeutische activiteiten observeer je hun mogelijkheden, stel je zorgplannen op en bespreek je jouw bevindingen binnen het multidisciplinaire team.
