The posting

Zorggroep Arum is een zorgorganisatie waar wij professionele ondersteuning bieden aan jongeren en volwassenen met een verstandelijke beperking, motorische beperking en/of een niet-aangeboren hersenletsel. Op onze vier campussen die verspreid zijn over het Maasland kunnen cliënten wonen en hun dag zinvol besteden in allerlei binnen- en buitenateliers. Met warme omkadering zorgen wij dat onze cliënten zich goed voelen, houvast vinden en zichzelf kunnen zijn.

Deze aspecten dragen wij ook uit naar onze medewerkers. Hun welzijn en talenten zijn steeds één van onze prioriteiten. Iedere dag willen wij open communiceren naar onze medewerkers en hen diverse opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden bieden. Dit binnen het plezierige en familiale karakter van onze organisatie. Wat ga je doen?

Villa La Ray 2 is een kleine leefgroep met een specifieke en warme benadering. Er wonen 6 cliënten met een NAH. Zij zijn allen gevoelig voor prikkels en drukte, waar we onze werking aan aanpassen. Onze cliënten die er wonen genieten van rust en sereniteit afgewisseld met gedoseerde activiteiten op een basaal niveau. De begeleiding ondersteunt de cliënten in het vinden van dit evenwicht. Daarnaast nemen we ook de verzorgende taken op ons.

Het team bestaat uit 1 hoofdbegeleidster en 5 begeleidsters. Therapeuten en ondersteunende diensten (ergo, logo, coördinator, orthopedagogische en sociale dienst) staan steeds klaar ter ondersteuning.

Om het samenleven voor alle cliënten mogelijk te maken, werken we volgens een vastomlijnde dagstructuur. We houden ons hier zoveel mogelijk aan omdat dit preventief goed werkt.

  • Je benadert onze cliënten vanuit het orthopedagogische gedachtengoed “Kwaliteit van Leven”.
  • Je bent empathisch, flexibel, stressbestendig en assertief. Daarnaast heb je bijzondere aandacht voor de specifieke behoeften van de cliënten en zorg je voor goede emotionele ondersteuning. Tot slot neem jij je verantwoordelijkheid op en werk je graag in team.

  • Als je ervaring hebt als begeleider is dat mooi meegenomen, maar het is geen must. We leren je graag de kneepjes van het vak.
  • Je hebt een diploma in jeugd -en gehandicaptenzorg, leefgroepwerking, orthopedagogie, ergotherapie, toegepaste psychologie, (psychiatrisch) verpleegkundige of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
