Kom werken bij Middin als begeleider ADL in de flexpool op verschillende woonlocaties in Rotterdam en ga voor midden in het leven! Mensen met een beperking helpen midden in het leven te staan, dat is de kern van jouw werk als begeleider ADL in de flexpool. Je leert mensen van verschillende leeftijden, doelgroepen en locaties kennen, zodat je ze kunt helpen bij de dingen die zij belangrijk vinden. Verder ga je: - Diverse werkzaamheden doen zoals koken en huishoudelijke taken om de locaties 'draaiende' te houden. - Helpen met algemene dagelijkse levensverrichtingen (adl), zoals eten, aankleden en wassen. - Werken met het Middin Kompas en volgens de methodieken die passen bij de achtergrond van de mensen die je helpt. - Verantwoordelijkheid nemen, meedenken bij het maken van (zorg)plannen en het waarmaken ervan stimuleren. Als begeleider ADL in de flexpool werk je op een aantal vaste locaties bij jou in de buurt, midden in het leven van Rotterdam. Je gaat aan de slag op drie tot vijf locaties waar tijdelijke ondersteuning nodig is, voor korte of langere tijd. Je werkt in de flexpool: - Met mensen met een (licht) verstandelijke beperking (vb/lvb), niet-aangeboren hersenletsel (nah), moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag (mvg), ernstige meervoudig beperking (emb), lichamelijke beperking (lg) en ouder wordende cliënten. Tijdens het sollicitatieproces denken we graag met je mee over welke doelgroep het beste bij jou past! - Door je beschikbaarheid twee maanden van te voren door te geven. - Waarbij zowel begeleiden als persoonlijke verzorging (adl en tilliften) onderdeel is van jouw werkzaamheden. Als begeleider ADL in de flexpool werk je volgens de tijden van de locaties. Die kunnen van elkaar verschillen. Je werkt onregelmatig dag-, avond-, weekend-, nacht- en/of slaapdiensten.
