Als Begeleider B Agogisch / Verpleegkundig werk je op uitdagende groepen en draag je bij aan een omgeving waarin cliënten zich veilig, vertrouwd en gezien voelen. Je ondersteunt hen in hun ontwikkeling, verzorging en dagelijkse activiteiten, zodat zij een zo zelfstandig en betekenisvol mogelijk leven kunnen leiden. Als begeleider B Agogisch / Verpleegkundige ga je - Cliënten begeleiden met een matige tot ernstige verstandelijke beperking, soms met autisme, psychiatrische problematiek of hechtingsproblematiek. - Ondersteunen bij dagelijkse verzorging (ADL) en zorgen voor een zinvolle daginvulling op maat van de cliënt. - Observeren, signaleren en je begeleiding aanpassen waar nodig, met oog voor veiligheid en nabijheid. - Samenwerken met collega's, familie en andere betrokkenen om een stabiele en veilige leefomgeving te creëren. - Afwisselend werken met individuele begeleiding, groepsbegeleiding en dagbesteding. - Bijdragen aan het opstellen en uitvoeren van begeleidingsplannen en rapportages. Dit krijg je - Een betekenisvolle en afwisselende baan in een hecht team waar je op elkaar kunt rekenen. - Mogelijkheid tot vaste aanstelling of tijdelijke plaatsing via ons bureau. - Flexibele uren, bijvoorbeeld 24 tot 36 per week. - Salaris conform FWG 40: € 3.064 - € 4.438 bij een fulltime dienstverband. - Ruimte voor professionele ontwikkeling met trainingen zoals signaaltraining, omgaan met agressie en andere relevante cursussen. - Een werkomgeving waar jouw inzet écht impact maakt op het leven van cliënten. - Mogelijkheid om ervaring op te doen met verschillende doelgroepen en methodieken.
