Dit ga jij doen Als Begeleider Nieuwkomers ga je bij gemeente Veere Oekraïense bewoners begeleiden in hun dagelijkse leven. Je stimuleert hen om zelfredzaam te worden en zorgt voor een veilige en leefbare woonomgeving. Je werkt in een hecht team in Domburg, met korte lijnen en een informele werksfeer. Je maakt deel uit van het team, neemt deel aan interne overleggen en werkt onder dagelijkse aansturing van de verantwoordelijke manager. - Voeren van intakegesprekken en registreren van nieuwe bewoners; - Bewoners begeleiden in hun dagelijkse leven en stimuleren om zelfredzaam te worden; - Informeren en adviseren van bewoners; - Contacten onderhouden met betrokken partijen en bewoners doorverwijzen naar de juiste organisaties; - Toezien op een veilige en leefbare woonomgeving. Dit ben jij Als Begeleider Nieuwkomers ben jij z.s.m. beschikbaar voor 36 uur per week. Verder beschik je over: - Aantoonbaar afgeronde MBO niveau 4 opleiding, bij voorkeur in een sociaal-agogische richting; - Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 5 jaar in woonbegeleiding en opvang van vreemdelingen; - Aantoonbare werkervaring met interculturele communicatie en met nieuwkomers; - Aanto...
