Wil jij aan de slag als begeleider in de gehandicaptenzorg? Bij Severinus ondersteun je cliënten in het dagelijks leven en kijken we samen welke doelgroep het beste bij jou past. Jouw rol Als begeleider ondersteun je cliënten bij wonen, dagbesteding, sociale contacten, persoonlijke verzorging en vrije tijd. Je biedt structuur, duidelijkheid en veiligheid, zodat cliënten zo zelfstandig mogelijk kunnen leven. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je werkt met uiteenlopende zorgvragen en bouwt een vertrouwde band op met cliënten, collega’s en verwanten. Je begeleidt cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking in het dagelijks leven. Je stimuleert zelfstandigheid en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Je biedt structuur, begeleiding en ondersteuning waar nodig. Je signaleert veranderingen in gedrag, welzijn of zorgbehoefte. Je werkt samen met collega’s, familie en andere betrokkenen rondom de cliënt. Gewenste ervaring, opleiding en vaardigheden Jij bent betrokken, sociaal en staat stevig in je schoenen. Je vindt het belangrijk om betekenisvol werk te doen en kijkt naar mogelijkheden in plaats van beperkingen. Daarnaast heb je: Een afgeronde zorgopleiding mbo niveau 3 of 4, zoals MMZ, SPW, Verzorgende IG, Verpleegkunde, social work of vergelijkbaar. Of een afgeronde hbo opleiding toegepaste psychologie, social work, PABO of vergelijkbaar. Interesse in of ervaring met de gehandicaptenzorg Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een open houding De motivatie om cliënten te ondersteunen vanuit aandacht, rust en duidelijkheid Ervaring met intensieve begeleiding of gedragsproblematiek is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. Hier ga je werken Severinus ondersteunt mensen met een verstandelijke beperking in Veldhoven en omgeving. We geloven in samen leven, samen werken en samen ontwikkelen. Bij Severinus werken we met verschillende doelgroepen binnen de gehandicaptenzorg, zoals LVB, MVB, EVB en EMB. Tijdens het kennismakingsgesprek kijken we samen welke doelgroep, woning en vorm van begeleiding het

beste aansluit bij jouw ervaring, talenten en wensen. Ons aanbod Een salaris tussen € 2.597,- en € 3.635,- (CAO Gehandicaptenzorg, FWG 35, o.b.v. 36 uur). Een vergoeding voor onregelmatige diensten. Een contract voor 8 tot 36 uur per week. Je ontvangt 8% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering. 144 vakantie-uren en 57 balansverlofuren per jaar (o.b.v. 36 uur) en de mogelijkheid om jaarlijks max. 7 extra dagen balansverlof te kopen. Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,22 per km vanaf 0 km. Goede pensioenregeling via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn (50% premie betaald door Severinus).
