Bij Behandelcentrum De Middenweg in Zwammerdam werk je aan herstel, ontwikkeling én jouw eigen professionele groei. Wie zijn wij Wij zijn cliënten die tijdelijk verblijven in Behandelcentrum De Middenweg in Zwammerdam. Door een combinatie van een licht verstandelijke beperking (LVB) en psychische problematiek lukt het ons op dit moment niet om zelfstandig mee te doen in de samenleving. Denk aan uitdagingen zoals trauma, autisme, depressie, borderline of andere complexe psychische problematieken. Binnen ons behandelcentrum werken zorgprofessionals samen aan ons herstel. Wij zoeken een begeleider die naast ons staat, onze emoties helpt begrijpen en ons ondersteunt met structuur, duidelijkheid en een concreet stappenplan. Samen werken we aan meer zelfstandigheid, zelfinzicht en perspectief voor de toekomst. Jouw baan als Begeleider Behandeling Als begeleider behandeling in de gehandicaptenzorg ben je van grote betekenis in een belangrijke fase van het leven van onze cliënten. Je combineert dagelijkse begeleiding met een actieve rol binnen het behandelproces. Daarbij ondersteun je cliënten bij het ontwikkelen van vaardigheden, het aanbrengen van structuur en het behalen van persoonlijke doelen. Je biedt houvast op momenten dat spanning of onzekerheid toeneemt. Ook in complexe of onvoorspelbare situaties blijf je rustig, professioneel en duidelijk. Samen met de cliënt onderzoek je welke keuzes passend zijn en hoe stappen richting herstel gezet kunnen worden. Binnen Behandelcentrum De Middenweg werken we volgens de Safe Path-methodiek. Deze methodiek helpt je om gedrag beter te begrijpen, gezamenlijk dezelfde taal te spreken binnen het team en de onderliggende emotionele behoeften van cliënten inzichtelijk te maken. Je krijgt praktische handvatten om effectief te handelen bij complex gedrag en uitdagende situaties. Daarnaas

stimuleert Safe Path je om kritisch naar je eigen handelen te kijken. Zo ontwikkel je jezelf continu als zorgprofessional en vergroot je jouw expertise in de begeleiding en behandeling van cliënten met een licht verstandelijke beperking en psychische problematiek. Je werkt intensief samen met collega-begeleiders, behandelaren en andere zorgspecialisten om herstel, veiligheid en toekomstperspectief mogelijk te maken voor een kwetsbare doelgroep. Jouw profiel Je beschikt over een mbo 3-, mbo 4- of hbo-diploma in de richting van zorg en welzijn, zoals Social Work, Verpleegkunde of een vergelijkbare opleiding; Je bent in staat grenzen te stellen en duidelijke keuzes te maken, ook wanneer situaties complex of stressvol zijn; Je beschikt over levenservaring en weet rust en overzicht te bewaren in risicovolle of onvoorspelbare situaties; Je hebt affiniteit met cliënten met een licht verstandelijke beperking (LVB) en psychische problematiek. Wat krijg je van ons Door de intensieve begeleiding ligt het bruto maandsalaris een schaal hoger dan de standaard tussen € 2.951 - € 4.799 op basis van 36 uur, conform CAO gehandicaptenzorg FWG 40/45/50 Direct een vaste aanstelling, met contracturen in overleg (16-36 uur per week) Ruime mogelijkheden voor scholing en ontwikkeling. Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%, 8% vakantietoeslag en pensioen via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn. 144 vakantie-uren en 57 balansverlofuren per jaar bij een 36-urige werkweek. Reiskostenvergoeding. Fiscaal voordeel tot € 750 per jaar, bijvoorbeeld voor een fiets, telefoon, laptop of sportabonnement Informatie Je werkt bij Ipse de Bruggen vaak met kwetsbare cliënten. Daarom zijn wij zeer zorgvuldig in ons selectiebeleid. De aanvraag Verklaring omtrent het gedrag (VOG), het navragen van referenties en het opvragen van informatie bij de Inspectie Gezondheidszorg en Jeugd maken om die reden onderdeel uit van de selectieprocedure.
