VZW De Touter biedt kwaliteitsvolle jeugdhulp en begeleiding aan kinderen, jongeren en gezinnen in een verontrustende opvoedings- of leefsituatie.

1Gezin1Plan is een netwerk van partners uit de gezins- en jeugdhulp die samenwerken om gezinnen snellere en efficiëntere hulp te bieden. De hulpverlening is op maat en beperkt in de tijd.

Het 1G1P-team op De Tichel biedt 1G1P binnen eerstelijnszone Rupelaar en Zora (samenwerkingsverband Trawant). Het team biedt daarnaast breedsporige contextbegeleiding, hulpverlening aan huis die hoog inzet op opvoedingsvaardigheden en het samen leven als gezin.

  • Je hebt een bachelor of bent gelijkgesteld op basis van ervaring, opleiding en/of elders verworven competenties
  • Je hebt al ervaring in gezinsbegeleiding
  • De teamopdracht is mobiele ‘breedsporige’ contextbegeleiding aan huis en 1G1P in ELZ Rupelaar en ELZ Zora (inclusief deelname aan beide aanmeldteams en andere overleg binnen het samenwerkingsverband)
  • Je doelgroep betreft maatschappelijk kwetsbare gezinnen, verwezen door de Brede Instap, de Sociale Dienst bij de Jeugdrechtbank of een gemandateerde voorziening (OCJ, VK)
  • Je doet aan netwerk- en contextbegeleiding
  • Per gezin stel je een handelingsplan op en volgt dat verder op
  • Je hebt ervaring en kennis van andere culturen en cultuur sensitieve hulpverlening
  • Je neemt actief deel aan teamvergaderingen, overleg en interne/externe vormingen
  • Je wil een actieve bijdrage leveren binnen een zelf organiserend team
  • Extra opleiding ‘gezinsbegeleiding’ is een meerwaarde
  • Je bent bereid ‘s avonds te werken (geen weekendwerk)
  • Meertaligheid is een meerwaarde
