Buitenhuis is een woonwerking voor volwassenen met een licht tot matig verstandelijke beperking en/of bijkomende ondersteuningsnoden. Samen met je collega's creëer je een warme, veilige en gestructureerde leefomgeving waarin cliënten zich goed voelen en kunnen groeien.

Je biedt ondersteuning op maat in het dagelijkse leven en helpt cliënten hun talenten, mogelijkheden en zelfstandigheid verder te ontwikkelen.

Wat ga je doen?

Je begeleidt en ondersteunt cliënten in hun dagelijkse leven.

Je stimuleert zelfredzaamheid, participatie en persoonlijke groei.

Je biedt zowel praktische als psychosociale ondersteuning.

Je draagt mee zorg voor een positief leef- en zorgklimaat.

Je organiseert en begeleidt activiteiten die aansluiten bij de interesses en behoeften van cliënten.

Je neemt huishoudelijke taken op en zorgt mee voor structuur en duidelijkheid binnen de woongroep.

Je werkt actief samen met collega's, het netwerk van de cliënt en andere betrokken diensten.

Je denkt mee na over de verdere uitbouw en kwaliteit van onze ondersteuning. Je bent iemand die verbinding maakt, kansen ziet en vertrekt vanuit de mogelijkheden van mensen.

Daarnaast:

beschik je over een sociaal-agogisch of mensgericht diploma, of kan je relevante ervaring voorleggen;

onderschrijf je de waarden van OC Clara Fey: open dialoog, perspectiefname, professionele onvoorwaardelijke acceptatie, zelfcontrole en zelfzorg;

stem je jouw begeleiding af op de unieke ondersteuningsvraag van iedere cliënt;

heb je oog voor het netwerk rond de cliënt;

draag je actief bij aan een positieve werksfeer;

ben je bereid om te werken in een variabel uurrooster met ochtend-, avond- en weekenddiensten;

blijf je steeds de mens achter het gedrag zien;

communiceer je open, respectvol en verbindend;

denk je constructief mee over verbeteringen in de werking.
