Voor onze buitenschoolse kinderopvang zijn we op zoek naar versterking van ons team. Solliciteren kan tot en met maandag 9 november.

Ben je creatief en flexibel? Heb je frisse ideeën om een keiplezant aanbod aan activiteiten op maat van de kinderen uit te werken? Hangen kinderen aan je lippen als je een verhaal vertelt en aan je broekspijp als je afscheid wilt nemen? Heb je een luisterend oor voor hen klaar? En kan je tot slot vlot in groep werken? Dan ben jij misschien wel de persoon die we zoeken!

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je hebt een hart voor kinderen. Je gelooft in de creativiteit van elk kind en daarom bied je de kinderen alle kansen om zich ten volle te kunnen ontplooien. Je begeleidt iedere ouder, kind of collega op zijn of haar ritme.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk; je weet je werk te organiseren en te verbeteren.
  • Je hebt zin voor initiatief en bent een echte teamplayer.
  • Je bent een creatieve duizendpoot. Ieder kind krijgt bij jou de kans te spelen, te knutselen, te bewegen… Je weet een groep te motiveren en enthousiasmeren zodat elk kind zich volledig kan uitleven in de buitenschoolse kinderopvang
  • Werken in een buitenschoolse kinderopvang is soms onvoorspelbaar en vraagt daarom de nodige flexibiliteit. Je stelt je open voor veranderingen en je kan bijspringen indien nodig.
