KIKOEN vzw is op zoek naar een enthousiaste kinderbegeleider voor onze buitenschoolse opvang in Sint-Job. Iemand die onze jonge avonturiers van 2,5 tot 12 jaar meeneemt op een onvergetelijke reis vol plezier & ontwikkeling. Heb jij een passie voor kinderen? Babbel, knutsel, speel & verrijk je hun wereld met creatieve, sportieve of muzikale talenten? Dan ben jij degene die we zoeken!

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als kinderbegeleider bij KIKOEN creëer je een warme en veilige plek voor kinderen en ouders. Elk kind is uniek. Jij ziet het als een uitdaging om hen aan te moedigen om samen te spelen, te ontdekken en te groeien.
  • Of je nu buiten speelt, knutselt, verhalen verzint of voorleest, jij bent de superheld die zorgt dat de kinderen zich veilig voelen en alles kunnen ontdekken. Veiligheid staat voorop, zowel binnen als buiten op onze speelterreinen.
  • Samen met je fantastische collega's ben je er voor de kinderen, de ouders en elkaar. Open communicatie en teamwork zijn onze kernwaarden. Je onderhoudt intensief contact met ouders en zorgt dat ze op de hoogte blijven van de avonturen van hun kinderen.
  • Je werkt 20u per week in de kinderopvang in Schoor en maakt deel uit van een vast team van kinderbegeleiders. Tijdens schooldagen werk je tussen 7u en 9u en na schooltijd tot 18u15. Tijdens de schoolvakanties en schoolvrije dagen werk je tussen 7u en 18u15.

Wij zijn KIKOEN vzw, en we doen de dingen net even anders dan anderen. We streven naar een omgeving waar jij als Kinderbegeleider én de kinderen een geweldige tijd beleven. Bij ons krijg je de vrijheid om activiteiten te organiseren, zoals buiten spelen, sporten, knutselen en avonturen beleven. We begrijpen dat jouw nieuwsgierigheid net zo groot is als die van de kinderen, en daarom organiseren we twee keer per jaar een heuse heldendag voor jou! Denk aan inspiratiesessies, talentontwikkeling en nog veel meer. Onze teamcoach is regelmatig aanwezig en doet actief mee. Zo leer je elkaar en de locatie het beste kennen.
