Ben jij rustig, flexibel en weet je ook in onverwachte situaties het hoofd koel te houden? En lijkt het jou leuk om jouw werk te combineren met facilitaire werkzaamheden? Bij de Klim-Op zoeken we een Begeleider Busvervoer & Facilitair voor 16 tot 24 uur per week. In deze afwisselende functie combineer je het begeleiden van kinderen tijdens het busvervoer met facilitaire werkzaamheden op locatie. Je hoeft geen zorgdiploma of rijbewijs te hebben. Wat we vooral belangrijk vinden, is dat je stevig in je schoenen staat, goed kunt communiceren en affiniteit hebt met kinderen met een verstandelijke beperking en complex gedrag. Je rijdt niet zelf. Samen met een externe buschauffeur haal je kinderen op vanuit huis of hun woonlocatie en begeleid je hen onderweg naar het ODC. Je zorgt ervoor dat de rit veilig en zo rustig mogelijk verloopt. Na de ochtendrit kun je bijvoorbeeld aan de slag met schoonmaakwerkzaamheden op locatie. Zo is jouw werkdag afwisselend en ben je op verschillende manieren van betekenis. Je werkt binnen een team van ongeveer tien medewerkers wat onderdeel is van de Klim-Op. Binnen het team zijn collega's die zich volledig richten op busbegeleiding, collega's die vooral facilitaire werkzaamheden uitvoeren en collega's die beide werkzaamheden combineren.
