Antes is voor de locatie s'Gravendijkwal in Rotterdam op zoek naar een begeleider.In het dagzorgcentrum ontvangen professionals dagelijks dak- en thuisloze mensen meteen verslavingsproblematiek. Er wordt een veilige basis geboden, met praktischeondersteuning en begeleiding gericht op stabilisatie, herstel en het creëren vanperspectief.Kun jij rust bewaren als het schuurt, vertrouwen opbouwen waar wantrouwen overheersten aansluiten bij mensen die vaak buiten de boot vallen? Dan voel jij je thuis in onsdagzorgcentrum en maken we graag kennis met jou. Dit ga je doenJe komt terecht in een betrokken team waarin collega's op elkaar kunnen bouwen. Erwordt nauw samengewerkt, casuïstiek wordt gezamenlijk besproken en kennis enervaringen worden actief met elkaar gedeeld. Ook op drukke dagen staan collega's voorelkaar klaar. Humor en relativeringsvermogen maken daarbij vanzelfsprekend deel uitvan de werksfeer.
