Dat vraagt om iemand die initiatief neemt, zichtbaarheid durft te pakken en energie krijgt van regelen, verbinden en doen. Iemand die de praktijk begrijpt, kansen ziet in de regio en plannen weet om te zetten in concrete acties op de werkvloer. Ben jij die aanjager die graag midden in de organisatie staat en samen met locatiemanagers, teams en externe partners bouwt aan de zorg van morgen? Dan is dit de rol waarin jij impact kunt maken. Jouw opdracht Deze rol draait om het coördineren en uitvoeren van de operationele P‑taken voor de locatiemanagers, met één helder doel voor ogen: het vormen van vaste, stabiele teams. Jij staat midden in de organisatie en werkt actief samen met recruitment. Je bent zichtbaar in de regio: bezoekt scholen, onderhoudt contact met het UWV, hangt posters op en bouwt actief aan een netwerk. Daarnaast worden meemaakdagen en open dagen op de locaties gecoördineerd, waarbij persoonlijk contact met potentiële kandidaten centraal staat. Een belangrijk onderdeel van de rol is het voeren van matchgesprekken met zowel zij‑instromers als zorggediplomeerden. De focus ligt op het aantrekken van (persoonlijk) begeleiders, of anders geschoolde kandidaten die op basis van hun skills overstijgend en coördinerend kunnen werken en snel opgeleid kunnen worden. Hierbij wordt actief aangesloten bij het skills‑project vanuit de Maccabiadelaan.
