Voor onze woonvoorziening regio Oudenaarde zijn we op zoek naar een deeltijdse medewerker.

Wat moet je over ons weten?

Heuvelheem is een VZW die ondersteuning biedt aan personen met een beperking en hun netwerk op verschillende levensdomeinen. VZW Heuvelheem is werkzaam in de ruime regio Vlaamse Ardennen en heeft een aantal vestigingsplaatsen in Oudenaarde en Kruisem. VZW Heuvelheem is vergund door de Vlaamse Overheid als zorgaanbieder.

Binnen de organisatie gebruiken we het Triple-C-model als basis in onze visie en begeleidingsmethodiek. We willen dat al onze cliënten zo veel als mogelijk het gewone leven ervaren. De begeleiders ondersteunen ze daarbij door vanuit een onvoorwaardelijke ondersteuningsrelatie samen competenties op te bouwen.

Voor de vervanging wegens ziekte zijn we in woongroep 5 op zoek naar een begeleider.

De bewoners van deze woongroep balanceren tussen autonomie en afhankelijkheid, tussen kwetsbaarheid en draagkracht. Ze hebben nood aan duidelijkheid, deelverantwoordelijkheden en ruimte voor ontwikkeling.

Er is vooral aandacht om de socio-emotionele ontwikkeling te blijven zien en de begeleiding hierop af te stemmen.

De bewoners zorgen net daarom soms voor uitdagingen, die men als team samen met de ondersteunende diensten nauw opvolgt.

De begeleiding werkt volgens een volcontinue systeem (vroeg/ dag/ laat/ weekenddiensten), behalve nachtdiensten.

Medewerkers zijn een rolmodel voor de bewoners, zijn ondersteunend, geven inzicht, en vertrekken vanuit een onvoorwaardelijk vertrouwen. De begeleiding vertrekt vanuit de studio van de cliënten.

Voor de dagbesteding van de cliënten wordt deels een beroep gedaan op het intern dagcentrum.

Een aantal bewoners gaan niet werken en blijven overdag thuis.
