Cocon vzw is een jonge gedreven organisatie, die actief is binnen de Integrale Jeugdhulp. Wij begeleiden aan huis bij gezinnen en verbinden hedendaagse vakkennis met een groot hart voor anderen.

Jobomschrijving

Voor onze afdeling Crisishulp aan Huis (CaH) zoeken wij nog een fijne collega!

CaH is een kortdurende, intensieve en mobiele hulpverleningsvorm binnen Integrale Jeugdhulp, die vertrekt vanuit de principes van Homebuilders (VS) en Families First (NL).

Deze specifieke hulpverleningsvorm wordt ingezet wanneer een gezin te maken krijgt met een crisissituatie. Samen met de gezinsleden wordt intensief en actief gezocht naar oplossingen om op korte termijn terug meer (basis)veiligheid en voorspelbaarheid te bekomen. Alles wordt in het werk gesteld om de crisis te helpen luwen, inzichten te verschaffen en concrete handvaten aan te reiken om toekomstige crisismomenten beter te doorstaan of zelfs af te wenden.

Ieder kind/jongere verdient het om in zijn vertrouwde thuissituatie op te groeien. In vele situaties zijn er effectief nog oplossingen mogelijk, die soms niet meer door de gezinsleden zelf gezien kunnen worden. Bovendien is het veranderen van bepaalde copingmechanismes en gedachtepatronen niet eenvoudig. Onze begeleiders helpen de gezinsleden hierbij. Elk gezin is anders, dus maatwerk is altijd nodig. Je hebt een caseload van een tweetal gezinnen.

Hoewel het veelal om complexe situaties gaat, sta je er als begeleider zelf ook nooit alleen voor. Jong, oud, nieuw of al ervaren, elk van onze begeleiders wordt met de nodige zorg omringt. We hechten veel waarde aan ieders persoonlijk ontwikkelingsproces, alsook de kwalitatieve voortgang van een begeleiding. Je zal door middel van intervisie, supervisie, interne opleiding, inzet van gerichte tools, gradueel en op eigen tempo kunnen doorgroeien tot een expert.

Het werkingsgebied is Brussel-Halle-Vilvoorde. Waar mogelijk trachten we rekening te houden met de eigen woonplaats en het drukken van de verplaatsingstijd.

  • Vooreerst: goesting, een groot hart voor anderen en gretigheid om bij te leren.
  • Diploma: hoger onderwijs of universiteit, in een menswetenschappelijke richting of relevante ervaring in een sociale setting, zorgsector/onderwijs/HR ? Bereidheid tot 24/7 permanentie gedurende een begeleidingscyclus (met nadien een vaste recuperatietijd)
  • Talenkennis: Nederlands (schriftelijk, mondeling). Frans (minstens basiskennis mondeling)
  • Werkervaring: niet nodig, wel grote bereidheid tot leren
  • Een rijbewijs B en een wagen (evt kan occasionele cambio-formule bekeken worden)
  • Getuigschrift goed gedrag en zeden - model 2
