Begeleider - 02-10-2026 - Rotterdam - parttime - hbo - tijdelijk Begeleider Flex Rijnmond Ad-Hoc Flexbureau Rijnmond zoekt Ad-Hoc begeleiders om het team te versterken. Wil jij écht het verschil maken in de GGZ? Werk flexibel, maak impact en sluit je aan bij ons nieuwe Flex Ad-Hoc team in de regio Rijnmond! Dit ga je doen Als begeleider binnen het Ad-Hoc team ben jij inzetbaar op korte termijn, precies daar waar de zorg het hardst nodig is. Je werkt met cliënten met complexe psychiatrische en verslavingsproblematiek en biedt hen structuur, begeleiding en ondersteuning in hun dagelijks leven. Jij bent een stabiele factor in acute situaties en weet snel en doeltreffend te schakelen. Je werkt op verschillende locaties in de regio Rijnmond, zoals Rotterdam, Capelle aan den IJssel en Poortugaal. Je hoort de locatie van je dienst pas kort van tevoren, juist die afwisseling geeft jou energie. Wat ga je doen: - begeleiden van cliënten en het bieden van structuur en veiligheid; - ondersteunen bij dagelijkse activiteiten en het stimuleren van zelfredzaamheid; - ADL-taken uitvoeren waar nodig, zoals (helpen bij) wassen, aankleden, eten en toiletgang; - actief meedraaien in het dagprogramma van de afdeling; - zorgvuldig rapporteren en bijdragen aan een volledige en juiste dossiervorming. Dit ben jij - je beschikt over minimaal een mbo-4 zorgdiploma en hebt bij voorkeur minstens één jaar werk- of stage-ervaring; - je hebt een flexibele agenda en krijgt energie van werken op verschillende locaties; - je kan minimaal twee weekenden per maand werken; - je hebt geen probleem met het uitvoeren van ADL-taken; - een rijbewijs en eigen vervoer zijn een pré. Om in aanmerking te komen voor deze functie is een positieve Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) vereist.
