ZAC 4 is onderdeel van de leefgroepwerking binnen het dagcentrum in Zolder en biedt ondersteuning aan 8 zorggebruikers met een ernstig tot diep verstandelijke beperking en bijkomende zorgvragen. De focus van ZAC 4 ligt op het creëren van een zinvolle en op maat gemaakte dagbesteding, waarbij rust, veiligheid en voorspelbaarheid centraal staan.

Gezien de complexe zorgnoden en de diverse samenstelling van de groep, wordt de nadruk gelegd op de individuele noden. Het team werkt steeds nauw samen met het netwerk van de zorggebruikers om optimale ondersteuning te garanderen.

• Je biedt zorg en ondersteuning op maat, rekening houdend met de specifieke zorgvragen en noden van elke zorggebruiker.

• Je zorgt voor een voorspelbare en rustgevende omgeving, waarin basisveiligheid en structuur vooropstaan.

• Je werkt nauw samen met het netwerk van de zorggebruikers en stemt de ondersteuning af met ouders, familie en andere betrokkenen.

• Je draagt bij aan een goed georganiseerde en stabiele dagelijkse werking.

• Je werkt actief mee aan een zinvolle dagbesteding die aansluit bij de belevingswereld en mogelijkheden van de zorggebruikers.

• Je hebt bij voorkeur een diploma in de menswetenschappen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

• Je hebt affiniteit met mensen met een ernstig tot diep verstandelijke beperking en bijkomende zorgvragen.

• Je hebt een sterk inlevingsvermogen en werkt vanuit een rustige, respectvolle en geduldige houding.

• Je bent een teamspeler en communiceert open en constructief.

• Je bent stressbestendig en beschikt over voldoende emotionele draag- en veerkracht.

• Je kiest voor open communicatie en hecht veel belang aan het geven/krijgen van feedback.

• Je werkt methodisch en hebt oog voor de individuele behoeften en draagkracht van elke zorggebruiker.

• Je bent flexibel en kan omgaan met onverwachte situaties binnen een gestructureerde context.

• Je hebt een rijbewijs B.
