Op locatie Eekschillerweg op het Dorp in Arnhem wonen cliënten van diverse leeftijden, die hun eigen kamer, douche en toilet hebben. Er is een gezamenlijke keuken. De bereikbaarheid van de locatie is goed, tegenover Het Dorp in Arnhem is een bushalte. Je hebt al een aantal jaren werkervaring opgedaan met mensen met een LVB en staat stevig in jouw schoenen en kunt onze bewoners houvast bieden. Zo maak jij het verschil Je bent in staat om diverse begeleidingsstijlen in te zetten en speelt zorgvuldig in op de behoefte van de cliënten. Daar is een portie lef en persoonlijke stevigheid voor nodig, gecombineerd met gevoel voor humor en relativeringsvermogen. De werkzaamheden op deze locatie zijn afwisselend. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse ondersteuning en begeleiding van cliënten op de locatie waarbij zij veelal ondersteuning nodig hebben in de vorm van verbale aansturing, maar soms ook hulp nodig hebben met hun ADL. Hoe ziet jouw agenda eruit? We werken volgens geplande afspraken, daarnaast krijg je ook te maken met ongeplande zorg. Hierbij kun je de inschatting maken wat de cliënt op dat moment nodig heeft. Je motiveert cliënten en kijkt welke benadering passend is. Bijvoorbeeld om ervoor te zorgen dat een cliënt op tijd naar zijn werk gaat, maar ook om passende daginvulling (met het oog op eigen regie, behouden zelfstandigheid) te zoeken. De cliënten hebben behoefte aan duidelijkheid en veiligheid. Ze kunnen op je bouwen, doordat je zegt wat je doet en doet wat je zegt. Je geeft ruimte waar het kan en stuurt bij als de situatie ernaar vraagt. Jouw kwaliteiten We vragen een vakgerichte, afgeronde opleiding op mbo 3 niveau zoals Maatschappelijke Zorg.
