Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als Begeleider speel je een cruciale rol in het leven van de cliënten. Je biedt hen de structuur en ondersteuning die ze nodig hebben om hun dagelijkse leven op een zo zelfstandig mogelijke manier te kunnen leiden. Functie Als Begeleider zal je werkzaam zijn op een locatie in de omgeving van Drachten, waar cliënten met een psychiatrisch, lichamelijke en/of verstandelijke beperking een warm thuis vinden. Het is aan jou en je collega's om samen met de cliënten te werken aan een zinvolle invulling van hun dag. Het is een plek waar ontwikkeling centraal staat en waar iedere cliënt de ondersteuning krijgt die hij of zij nodig heeft om te groeien. ADL is ook onderdeel van de werkzaamheden. Je bent als Begeleider verantwoordelijk voor volwassen cliënten met een psychiatrische, lichamelijke en/of verstandelijke beperking. Met enthousiasme en zorgvuldigheid bouw je een relatie op gebaseerd op duidelijkheid en wederzijds vertrouwen. Wat je zult doen: - In de eerste plaats sta je klaar voor jouw cliënten en zorg je voor een zinvolle invulling van hun dag; - Je zorgt voor een veilige en vertrouwde omgeving waarin cliënten zich thuis voelen en zich kunnen ontwikkelen; - Aan de hand van ondersteuningsplannen help je de cliënten om hun individuele doelen te bereiken; - Je ondersteunt wanneer nodig bij de ADL. Wij bieden Ben jij de Begeleider die wij zoeken, dan bieden wij jou het volgende: - Een salaris tussen € 2.672,- en € 3.606,- conform de CAO Gehandicaptenzorg op basis van 36 uur per week (schaal 40); - De mogelijkheid om direct in vaste dienst te komen bij de opdrachtgever; - Een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%; - 8% vakantietoeslag, dit krijg je uitbetaald in mei; - 25 vakantiedagen...
