Werk jij graag met cliënten waarbij gedrag een hulpvraag is? Als Begeleider Flex Complexe Zorg werk je op verschillende MVG+- en HIBB-locaties binnen Ipse de Bruggen. Je kiest voor afwisseling, blijft jezelf ontwikkelen en werkt waar jouw expertise het hardst nodig is. Je hebt een afgerond mbo3-, mbo4- of hbo-diploma binnen zorg, sociale dienstverlening of sport en bewegen. Wie zijn wij Jij wordt enthousiast van afwisseling én complexe begeleiding. Je kiest bewust voor complexe zorg, omdat je weet dat achter moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag altijd een hulpvraag schuilgaat. Jouw baan als Begeleider Flex Complexe Zorg | MVG+ / HIBB Als Begeleider Flex Complexe Zorg ondersteun je verschillende MVG+- en HIBB-locaties binnen Ipse de Bruggen. Je werkt met cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking in combinatie met moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag. Denk aan autisme, psychiatrische problematiek, hechtingsproblematiek of agressie. Je sluit aan bij het team, werkt vanuit het zorgplan en helpt cliënten stap voor stap verder. Je brengt rust wanneer spanning oploopt en denkt mee over de beste begeleiding. Doordat je op verschillende locaties werkt, blijf je jezelf ontwikkelen en doe je veel ervaring op met diverse doelgroepen en begeleidingsstijlen. Jouw profiel Jij hebt een afgerond mbo3-, mbo4- of hbo-diploma binnen zorg, sociale dienstverlening of sport en bewegen. Daarnaast: houd je van afwisseling; kun je snel schakelen tussen verschillende teams en locaties; blijf je rustig wanneer gedrag oploopt; kijk je verder dan gedrag alleen en ben je nieuwsgierig naar de hulpvraag achter het gedrag; werk je graag samen en sta je open voor feedback en ontwikkeling. te blijven staan. Verdiep je in gedrag en intensieve begeleiding, volg doelgroepgerichte trainingen of groei door naar een volgende functie. We kijken niet alleen naar wat je vandaag kunt, maar ook naar wat je bij Ipse de Bruggen wilt leren en welke volgende stap daarbij past. De salarissen zijn afhankelijk van je opleiding en functie: mbo3: FWG 30 | € 2.420 - € 3.453 bruto per maand mbo3 / mbo4 / hbo: FWG 35 € 2.649 - € 3.708 |bruto per maand Werk je het grootste deel van je tijd op een complexe of intensieve zorggroep, zoals HIBB? Dan word je één salarisschaal hoger ingeschaald. HIBB mbo 3: FWG 35 | € 2.649 - € 3.708 bruto per maand HIBB mbo4 / hbo: FWG 40 | € 2.951 - € 3.980 bruto per maand Daarnaast krijg je: Direct een vast contract, met contracturen in overleg tussen 1 en 32 uur per week 8% vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% Pensioenopbouw via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn 144 vakantie-uren en 57 balansverlofuren per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband Reiskostenvergoeding Fiscaal voordeel tot € 750 per jaar, bijvoorbeeld voor een fiets, telefoon, laptop of sportabonnement Informatie Mooi.
