Dan is de functie van begeleider op ons terrein in Wognum wat voor jou! Wat ga je doen Als begeleider in de Moeilijk Verstaanbaar Gedrag (MVG) poule werk je op verschillende locaties op ons terrein in Wognum. De ene keer is dat op de Oid waar je in een groter team werkt en mensen begeleidt met een matige tot lichtverstandelijke beperking waar iedereen eigen woning heeft. Hier ligt de focus ligt op duidelijke grenzen stellen en spanningen bij cliënten vroegtijdig op te merken en om te buigen. En de andere keer werk je op een Wentelwoning waar er een gezamenlijke woonkamer is met een huiselijke sfeer waar je meer ondersteunt bij de ADL en de focus ligt op een mooie sfeer creëren en samen activiteiten doen zoals wandelen op het terrein of samen koken! Op welke locatie je ook werkt ons streven is om onze cliënten zo’n mooi mogelijke dag te bezorgen! Een mooie kans voor een starter die ervaring wil opdoen in verschillende doelgroepen of een ervaren begeleider die van afwisseling houdt. Werk jij graag alleen de avonden of juist graag in de weekenden? Ga met ons in gesprek er is een hoop mogelijk.
