- Zwolle - uren in overleg - Zorg en begeleiding - Deze vacature sluit 23-11-2026 Wat je doet Als begeleider in de flexpool bij InteraktContour krijg je de mogelijkheid om op verschillende woonlocaties te werken en bepaal je samen met ons hoeveel, waar en wanneer je werkt. Zo combineer je flexibiliteit met betekenisvol werk binnen de functies als helpende, woonbegeleider, verzorgende IG, mbo-verpleegkundige of zorgregisseur. Je ondersteunt mensen met niet-aangeboren hersenletsel (NAH) in het dagelijks leven. De ene dienst help je een bewoner bij structuur en zelfstandigheid, de andere keer ondersteun je bij verzorging of dien je medicatie toe. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Doordat je op meerdere locaties kan werken, doe je brede ervaring op en leer je verschillende teams, zorgvraag en werkwijzen kennen. Die afwisseling maakt werken in de flexpool uitdagend, leerzaam en leuk. Heb je het naar je zin op één locatie? Is dat uiteraard ook mogelijk! Zo combineer je flexibel werken met de vastigheid van de locatie en team. Wat wij bieden - de mogelijkheid om zelf te bepalen wanneer en waar je werkt; - een jaarcontract met de intentie deze om te zetten naar een contract voor onbepaalde tijd; - een salaris conform de cao Gehandicaptenzorg van minimaal €2.373,- bruto tot maximaal €4.262,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw werkervaring en functie; - onregelmatigheidstoeslag en een dienstreisvergoeding van € 0,36/km, met volledige vergoeding van reizen met het openbaar vervoer en de OV-fiets; - per 1 november 2026 vindt een salarisverhoging plaats, zoals afgesproken in de cao Gehandicaptenzorg; - 8% vakantiegeld, 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering, 144 vakantie-uren per jaar én 57 uur flexibel balansverlof (bij een 36-urige werkweek); - pensioenregeling bij PFZW, speciaal ingericht voor de zorgsector en met collectieve voordelen voor zorgmedewerkers; - fijne extra's voor werk en privé: persoonlijke coaching via Resilians, een vitaliteitsplatform om fit t...
