Dan is Begeleider Flex misschien precies wat je zoekt. Bij De Twentse Zorgcentra kun je als Begeleider Flex op verschillende groepen werken. Zo leer je veel verschillende cliënten, teams en manieren van werken kennen. En misschien ontdek je onderweg wel: dít is de groep waar ik helemaal op mijn plek ben. Werken als Begeleider Flex Als Begeleider Flex heb je de vrijheid om zelf je diensten te kiezen. Je kunt aan de slag op verschillende locaties en met verschillende doelgroepen: - VG-groepen - je ondersteunt cliënten in hun dagelijks leven en helpt hen om zoveel mogelijk zelf te doen. - Hoog Alert-groepen - je werkt met cliënten die intensieve begeleiding nodig hebben en waarbij geen dag hetzelfde is. - IV&V-groepen - hier ligt de nadruk meer op intensieve verzorging en verpleging. Juist die afwisseling maakt het werk zo interessant. Je doet ervaring op, ontdekt waar jouw kwaliteiten liggen en krijgt de ruimte om te groeien. Soms weet je precies wat je wilt. Maar soms wil je eerst ervaren wat bij je past. Dan is Flex een mooie plek om te beginnen. Je kunt verschillende doelgroepen leren kennen, ervaring opdoen en ondertussen zelf bepalen wanneer je werkt. En bevalt een groep je ontzettend goed? Dan kun je altijd verder kijken naar de mogelijkheden binnen die groep.
