Je schrijft je in op de locaties waar de behoefte het grootst is, zowel binnen de ouderenzorg als binnen de gehandicaptenzorg. Hierdoor maak je echt het verschil op momenten dat extra ondersteuning hard nodig is. Wat ga je doen Je werkt op verschillende locaties binnen Calidus, waardoor geen werkdag hetzelfde is. Dit biedt de kans om ervaring op te doen met diverse doelgroepen, teams en werkwijzen. Zo blijf je jezelf ontwikkelen en verbreed je continu je kennis en vaardigheden. Als begeleider staat de cliënt centraal. Je kijkt naar wat iemand nodig heeft, sluit aan bij zijn of haar mogelijkheden en biedt begeleiding die past bij de situatie. Je helpt cliënten om zoveel mogelijk zelf de regie te houden over hun dagelijks leven en stimuleert hen in hun zelfstandigheid. Je biedt structuur en duidelijkheid, begeleidt bij dagelijkse activiteiten en onderneemt samen met cliënten passende activiteiten. Daarbij observeer je wat er speelt, signaleer je veranderingen en stem je af met collega's wanneer dat nodig is. Je zorgt voor een veilige en vertrouwde omgeving waarin cliënten zich gezien, gehoord en serieus genomen voelen. Daarnaast heb je veel invloed op je eigen rooster. Je plant je diensten zelf in, waarbij je rekening houdt met de roosterregels die binnen de organisatie gelden. Hierdoor kun je werk en privé optimaal op elkaar afstemmen, terwijl je tegelijkertijd een waardevolle bijdrage levert aan de zorg. Ben jij flexibel, zelfstandig en houd je van afwisseling?
