Wat ga je doen Als begeleider zorg je samen met je collega’s voor onze bewoners, in de ochtend zorg je dat iedereen klaar is om naar de dagbesteding te gaan en breng je ze daarheen, komen ze terug dan kun je gaan wandelen op ons terrein. In het weekend organiseren we vaak een filmavond en soms een keer naar het strand. Soms raken de cliënten gefrustreerd en dan is het belangrijk dat je duidelijk communiceert en op zoek gaat naar oplossingen. We focussen altijd op de zelfredzaamheid van onze bewoners, waar het kan geef jij de client de regie. Onze groep bestaat uit vier vrouwen en drie mannen (26–35 jaar), variërend van deels zelfstandig tot afhankelijk in de ADL. We hebben een gezamenlijk woonkeuken en alle bewoners hebben hun eigen kamer met badkamer. Jij bent hun veiligheid, helpt bij het reguleren van spanning en stimuleert groei door samen activiteiten te ondernemen. Naast de cliënten heb je ook contact met hun ouders en andere disciplines zoals gedragsdeskundige en de clustermanager. Het team We zijn een hecht team en werken graag samen, we geven elkaar feedback gevraagd en ongevraagd, We vinden het belangrijk om te reflecteren en te leren.
