The posting

Binnen Kadanz begeleiden we jongeren met een GES+ of Veilig Verblijf – statuut, jongeren voor wie het echt moeilijk loopt. We bieden hen een veilige omgeving en bouwen aan een onvoorwaardelijke relatie, ook wanneer gedrag escaleert. We blijven in verbinding, kijken verder dan het gedrag en zoeken naar wat erachter schuilt. Zoeken naar wat rust en stabiliteit kan bieden, is de kern van onze leefomgeving en gaat gepaard met de nodige uitdaging. Het betekent ook dat we blij zijn met elke stap vooruit, hoe klein ook!

Om ons team te versterken zoeken we een begeleider die rust en houvast brengt wanneer het moeilijk wordt. Je begrijpt en ontmijnt gedrag en agressie en stelt duidelijke grenzen zonder de verbinding te verliezen. We zoeken een begeleider die doordrongen is van het belang dat ligt in ‘samen doen’. In onze atelierwerking leggen we klemtoon op zinvolle dagbesteding.

Je komt terecht in een warme, deskundige en dynamische werkomgeving waar je er niet alleen voor staat. We zoeken iemand die veerkrachtig is, helder blijft denken onder druk en energie haalt uit uitdagende maar betekenisvolle trajecten.

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma (ortho)pedagogie, leefgroepenwerking, jeugd- en gehandicaptenzorg, of bent gelijkwaardig door minstens twee jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Ruime ervaring met GES(+) is essentieel. Ervaring met ASS en/of een licht verstandelijke beperking is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan omgaan met agressie en crisissituaties en werkt zowel zelfstandig als sterk in team.
