Begeleid bewoners binnen een woonlocatie waar jouw kennis, invloed en ideeën echt meetellen. Je krijgt direct een vast contract voor 24 tot 28 uur per week, werkt samen aan hoogwaardige begeleiding én kijkt uit naar een verhuizing naar een moderne nieuwbouwlocatie. Op locatie Den 1/2 werken we samen aan een stabiele, veilige en prettige woonomgeving voor onze bewoners. De komende periode staat in het teken van groei en ontwikkeling. In oktober 2026 verhuist de locatie naar een nieuw gebouw waar iedere bewoner beschikt over een eigen slaapkamer en badkamer. Een moderne werkomgeving waarin kwaliteit van leven en goede begeleiding centraal staan. Jouw baan als Begeleider hbo Gehandicaptenzorg Als begeleider hbo heb je een belangrijke rol binnen het team. Je combineert begeleiding van bewoners met coördinerende taken en bent een vast aanspreekpunt voor collega’s, ouders, verwanten en de manager zorg. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van begeleiding, ondersteunt collega’s in hun werk en draagt bij aan duidelijke afspraken binnen de woning. Samen met een collega in dezelfde rol geef je verder vorm aan de ontwikkeling van het team en de begeleiding van bewoners. Daarnaast signaleer je wat bewoners nodig hebben, houd je overzicht in uiteenlopende situaties en help je bij het creëren van rust, structuur en continuïteit. Met jouw professionele blik lever je een directe bijdrage aan het welzijn van bewoners en de verdere ontwikkeling van de locatie. Jouw profiel Jij: hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in zorg of welzijn; hebt kennis van de doelgroep binnen de gehandicaptenzorg; hebt ervaring met coördinerende of coachende werkzaamheden; hebt vaardigheid in het begeleiden van collega’s en teams; bent beschikbaar voor 24 tot 28 uur per week in onregelmatige diensten. Wat krijg je van ons

Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € € 3.113 - € 4.347 op basis van 36 uur, volgens de cao Gehandicaptenzorg (FWG 45) Direct een vaste aanstelling voor 24-28 uur per week (of in overleg) Ruime mogelijkheden voor scholing en ontwikkeling Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%, 8% vakantietoeslag en pensioen via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn 144 vakantie-uren en 57 balansverlofuren per jaar bij een 36-urige werkweek Reiskostenvergoeding Fiscaal voordeel tot € 750 per jaar, bijvoorbeeld voor een fiets, telefoon, laptop of sportabonnement Informatie Je werkt bij Ipse de Bruggen vaak met kwetsbare cliënten en daarom zijn wij zeer zorgvuldig in ons selectiebeleid. De aanvraag Verklaring omtrent het gedrag (VOG), het navragen van referenties en het opvragen van informatie bij de Inspectie Gezondheidszorg en Jeugd maken om die reden onderdeel uit van de selectieprocedure.
