Wij zijn jonge ondernemers met reeds een kinderdagverblijf te Beernem, Aalter en Oostende. Voor onze locatie in Beernem zijn we op zoek naar een extra enthousiaste kinderbegeleider.Je zal dus tewerkgesteld worden in onze locatie te Beernem.

Profiel:

- Je hebt een hart voor baby's en peuters

- Je gaat op een positieve, opbouwende manier om met alle kinderen, ouders, collega's en anderen.

- Je observeert het gedrag van het kind, individueel en in groep, reflecteert over dat gedrag en stemt je handelen op het gedrag af.

- Je zorgt voor een stimulerende, veilige, hygiënische en gezonde speelomgeving voor baby's en peuters.

- Je bent sociaal ingesteld en gaat graag in gesprek met ouders, collega's,...

- Je staat in voor de verzorging van baby's en peuters

- Je werkt leuke activiteiten uit voor zowel baby's als peuters

- Je neemt de tijd om in gesprek te gaan met ouders. (dagverloop,ontwikkeling,...)

- Naast de zorg voor de kleintjes, neem je ook huishoudelijke taken op

- Je voldoet aan de kwalificatievereisten die agentschap opgroeien opstelde voor de job als kinderbegeleider bij baby's en peuters

- Bewijs van goed gedrag en zeden model 2

- Niveau Nederlandse taal: luisteren en spreken (B1), lezen en schrijven (A2)

- Enige flexibiliteit in werktijden en takenpakket

- Teamplayer

- Je voldoet aan de kwalificatievereisten die agentschap opgroeien opstelde voor de job als kinderbegeleider bij baby's en peuters

- Bewijs van goed gedrag en zeden model 2
