The posting

Voor Het Bengeltje zijn we zo snel mogelijk op zoek naar een warme, enthousiaste begeleider om ons team tijdelijk te versterken in de peutergroep.

Je komt terecht in een jong, dynamisch en betrokken team waar we elke dag samen zorgen voor een veilige, fijne en speelse omgeving voor onze kinderen. Als begeleider sta je mee in voor de dagelijkse verzorging, activiteiten, eet- en rustmomenten en vooral voor heel wat warme aandacht, structuur en plezier.

We zoeken iemand die graag met peuters werkt, initiatief neemt en met een open blik samenwerkt met collega’s en ouders. Je hebt een geldig diploma om in de kinderopvang te mogen werken.

Het gaat om een zwangerschapsvervanging die zo snel mogelijk kan starten en vermoedelijk loopt tot eind augustus. De functie is in principe voltijds, 40 uur per week, maar een lager uurrooster is bespreekbaar. Verloning gebeurt volgens de wettelijke barema’s.

Na afloop van de vervanging is er mogelijk kans op een vaste tewerkstelling binnen Het Bengeltje.

Je beschikt over een erkend kwalificatiebewijs om als kinderbegeleider baby’s en peuters in een groepsopvang te werken. Bijvoorbeeld een diploma of certificaat Kinderbegeleider baby’s en peuters, of een gelijkwaardig door Opgroeien erkend diploma of kwalificatiebewijs.

Kandidaten die de opleiding nog volgen, komen voor deze vacature niet in aanmerking: je moet zelfstandig voor de peutergroep kunnen instaan.

  • Je hebt een warm hart voor peuters en draagt bij aan hun welbevinden, ontwikkeling en veiligheid.
  • Je biedt op een rustige, liefdevolle en duidelijke manier structuur en grenzen.
  • Je werkt graag samen in een team, neemt initiatief en communiceert open met collega’s en ouders.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt voldoende Nederlands om vlot met kinderen, ouders en collega’s te communiceren en observaties of overdrachten correct te noteren.
  • Je kunt een recent uittreksel uit het strafregister – model 2 – voorleggen.
  • Je bent bereid de vereiste medische controle te ondergaan.
